The material is lovely. The shirt is double lined and thick and really soft, not like your average cheap satin. I would say it only runs ever so slightly large I could’ve stuck with my normal size medium, the small still fits just a teeny bit snug around the top but I’m still going to keep it, I’m a 36C, 5’2 and 144 lbs. I carry a lot of my weight in my rear so I ordered the bottoms in a large and they’re a little loose around my 29” waist but I think a medium would’ve been a little too snug on my rear.
